Education
I graduated from Queens College of the City University of New York in 1969 with a B.A. degree in accounting. I graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1973. I earned a Masters of Arts degree in taxation from Golden Gate University, Seattle, in 1986.
Work History. My professional experience includes:
Sonkin & Schrempp, PLLC (2000 - present). Principal of the law firm.
Sonkin & Klein (1987 - 2000). Principal of the law firm, located at Seattle, WA.
Mullavey, Prout, Grenley, Sonkin & Foe (1977 - 1987). Partner of the law firm located in the Ballard area of Seattle, WA.
Sonkin & Hall (1975 - 1977). Partner in the law firm, located in Seattle, WA.
Northwest Washington Legal Services (1974 -1975). Staff Attorney for the legal services agency, employed in the Everett, WA office.
Haskins & Sells (currently Deloitte & Touche) (1969 - 1970). International Public Accountancy Firm. Employed in the New York, NY office and assigned to audit staff.
Interests. My interests include my family, working out, traveling, playing duplicate bridge and reading non-fiction books. I love and appreciate my opportunity to live in the great Northwest.
